Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 10 days of receipt. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. SUSAN FREDMAN AT HOME cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping. Some restocking fees may apply.
Several of our products are custom made for you by artists and are not returnable. This policy will be outlined on the product page….if these terms apply to your product they will be communicated to you once you place your order.

All return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of the receipt of purchase.
Returns may affect final D&P charges. D&P charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to SUSAN FREDMAN AT HOME will receive D&P credit as D&P was allocated, which may result in a final D&P charge after return that differs from quoted rates.
If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed.
Delivery and processing costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site and is based on weight of items.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. We ship all our packages via UPS Ground. Orders usually ship out in 7 to 10 business days. Because our products are handmade by artisans from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available. These special order items may take longer. We will contact you in the event of a delay.
All shipping charges are calculated based on weight during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE, or AP addresses, and any territory outside the continental U.S. Please call 1.877.732.9640 for At Home with Nature Products; Please call 312.587.8150 for At Home in the City products for an estimate.
We offer expedited shipping on many of our products, please select the appropriate option at checkout.
Delivery Surcharge
Furniture items are more expensive to ship because of their weight and size. There is a delivery surcharge for these items. Please call 1.877.732.9640 for a quote and ask for Sue.
Furniture Delivery - Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require extensive assembly or setup, are delivered using our White Glove service. To find out if an item qualifies for this service, please call 1.877.732.9640.
What is White Glove service? The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (including up or down stairs), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.
Is there a charge for White Glove service? The White Glove charge is not included in the cost of the item and specified with the item price on the website product page in parenthesis.
How is White Glove delivery scheduled? Our representative will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.
International Deliveries - At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may have your SUSAN FREDMAN AT HOME purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.877.732.9640.
Sales Tax
Appropriate sales tax will be charged to Illinois and Michigan Residents.
Product Pricing
The prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax is automatically applied to your At Home catalog order if you live in Illinois or Michigan. Sales tax is automatically applied to freight charges in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in Illinois or Michigan.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Shopping Online

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
