This unique program provides access to the same lines we offer to our clients and customers, but at an attractive To The Trade rate - making it easy for you to provide luxury brands to your clients.

Program Discounts

As a member of our program, you will receive:

•20% discount on all acceessories available off the floor at Susan Fredman at Home and our design studio
•35% discount on retail pricing, on special order lines including upholstery, case goods, cabinetry, millwork and more

Becoming a Member

Independent design professionals, architects and specifiers are eligible to participate in the Susan Fredman Design Group To The Trade program. Program Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate most orders. Some orders require an additional deposit, and fabrics must be paid in full upon ordering. All orders must be paid in full prior to release for shipping.

All orders are considered custom and therefore are not eligible for return or refund. Merchandise from Susan Fredman at Home may be taken on approval with a valid credit card on file. We will gladly provide you with a freight estimate, but maintain that estimates are for planning purposes only and may differ from the actual transit fees. Delivery to client will be billed seperately from freight, and terms are subject to modification without prior written notice.
